About Saad Qureshi
Lived experience
Saad's defining moment was when he was viciously attacked at the age of 17, and he lost partial visibility in his right eye. His work on priming and reducing defensiveness stems from his time dealing with conflict on the streets of Brixton, to conflict in corporate boardrooms.
Practical achievements
Saad went onto become the youngest Academic Dean in Europe, appointed at 29 years old. He is the youngest living Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy received at King's College London. He also has rare commercial experience as a C-leader of a 200 global team, generating £27m revenue.

Saad is now the leading expert on priming and its application in communication, conflict resolution and leadership. He travels the world helping leaders become Primers - to reduce defensiveness and break sensitive news skillfully.
